Welcome to my blog!

Everyone has a blog nowadays (surprise!), I even suspect that my cat has his own blog and he uses my laptop at night when I'm sleeping.
Because sometimes he comes to my home office during daytime and looks at this laptop with a question in his beautiful green eyes: do I have any followers today? Did someone (this pretty kitty living next door...) answer to my latest post about the birds chirping in my garden?

From my last pictures: my daughter sent me this bouquet via Internet to congratulate me with the International Women's Day, March 8th. This holiday is widely celebrated in the former Soviet Union, and almost nobody heard about it in the Western hemisphere. Who cares that no one remember Klara Zetkin (1857-1933), a German communist and political activist who worked for women's rights within the international communist movement? Those flowers are beautiful, and my picture will make them last forever :)

Doesn't matter that we moved here, to the US, we still remember this holiday, and it's one more reason to have more flowers, isn't it?

I will write about my photography, my trips, my flowers, my cat, my kids, flowers and fruits of life. Enjoy!
